Yes. Rush Limbaugh says this proves Obama is a liar because it is a tax, and Obama said it was a penalty. Obama said it wasn’t a tax. But 8 of 9 Justices woud have dealt with the law under the Commerce Clause, so…. Yeah. Obama and Scalia agreed on something. Shouldn’t the Pres get some sort of prize?
