Under DADT, you can still be discharged for gay activity wherever it takes place.

Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Sec 125, (a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex can be discharged.

That includes (can I say it here?) oral sex.

If soldiers were discharged for oral sex, I believe nearly 95% of them would have to pack their bags. We would be vulnerable to invasion by Canada. America as we know it would be over.

Is that what you want, Tom C? To be placed in an internment camp and forced to listen to Rush?
