Mark T. Cenci has been rather quiet of late, but his continued existence was confirmed with a new comment on the Rand Paul debacle. This is a subject he should be an expert in, having seen firsthand how popular libertarianism is at the polls.

….I agree with Dan [that Rand Paul's answers about civil rights law was poor]. A better response would have been deflection and avoidance. I do not share Dan’s frustration and believe Rand is an idiot however. Naive, I guess.

Who says lawyers don’t have a sense of humor? And by the way, has anyone noticed that the only time you ever see the winking smiley face on AMG is when someone is trying to not be sued by Mark Cenci?

UPDATE: Mark continues in his undying effort to never be elected to anything anywhere with further comments saying that the Civil Rights Act was mostly a waste of time because things were already pretty desegregated anyways.

What a crock of bullshit. I guess I shouldn’t expect much better, though, from a creationist geologist.
